Hold Me Now

My first contribution to the face omelet blog and it is basically just going to be photos of things that don't really feature cds. Or music. But really just the adorableness of our special guest: ROSIE!

I think my favourite part is tied for when Di got to hold her and subsequently started repeating "I WILL NEVER LET YOU GO!! I WILL NEVER LET YOU GO!" Or when Sauce picked her up and immediately gave us all the picture dictionary example of happiness:

an era of the music industry died today along with the king of pop. folks here at the omelet, along with scores across the globe are mourning the unexpected loss. thankfully, he left an indelible imprint behind. goodnight sweet prince.

a nice number from a young Ed from his album "What Do yYou Want to be When You Grow Up?", it's almost like he's telling us an important message now that he's up on the couch with Johnny. Listen here

Just so you are aware...of the exciting things happening in music currently.

I thought I'd post this little ditty by one Olle Hemmingsson, and his little trio, well actually it's a quartet, but one of the members happens to be his old, trusty tractor. Just for the record this scandanavian claims it keeps better time than half the drummers he's played with, which is two. Just a is a little slice of current rural musical life for all the face omeleteers!

The proud man in the photo above is most certainly not the President of Face Omelet's Atlanta Wing, Jay Edwards. This gem of a gent is Cleveland legend "Mushmouth" Mariano Pachetti. In the 70's, he dominated the sport of competitive pizza eating. A regular on "The Hoolihan & Big Chuck Show," he displayed the uncanny skill to devour a pie in minutes. For this comp, our very own Jay Edwards shows us this ability translated to the world of compact discs.
